A typical day in India goes like this. Wake up a little sticky from a good sleep on a foam mattress and American sheets. Then walk into the living area (aka Courtney's bedroom) and make breakfast : oatmeal or toast. Get ready for a drive to either a : church, bible school, children's home or elderly home. Eat chicken curry and one of the four place listed above. Arrive home late in the evening. Repeat. We have days of relax, hence the blogging, writing and ability to reply to your emails! Also to occasionally dive into a really good book. I have finished three since we arrived and am almost done with the third (A Thousand Gifts, Mended, and Kisses from Katie). The pictures below are from one such day spent out in a village of India. These shots are of one of the bible school, the mats they sleep on, the land that surrounds it, one of the two dogs that guard it, flowers in bloom, their water buffalo & chickens and the beautiful church.
