When you grow old you want to have people who love you and care for you to surround you. These ladies didn't have that. If it wasn't for this home, an elderly home for ladies, these women would be on the streets to fend for themselves. Here these women join together and look after each other. They have each others company, they cook together, and tend to each others needs. This home is a small walk to the church so all their needs are covered. They love the company of visitors and as we hugged them goodbye from our short time together I got a little teary eyed. What a blessing they are.
