My very favorite sessions or those that I can get the "real" out of people. I am driven even more when the parents understand that their two year old's won't sit perfectly still but instead will run around, push chairs around, roll circles on the fluffy rug and stair out the windows. These are the photos that capture the raw and the real of their life, but more importantly it captures the love and the joy of that age. They giggled, laughed, and didn't want to leave (it took them a little while to get warmed up, but once they did it was a blast). This momma knows her kids, she brought along their favorite book and some dress up clothes for the end of the session. She pulled out tons of scarfs and they went straight for them. Then the fun began and the life and soul of these little's escaped for me to capture in photos. No, they aren't perfect but that is the beauty in each one of them, the background not being flawless, instead each one of them beaming!
