One new Lens, Two new Lens | Life

I got two "new" lens'!
I finally got a 80-200 2.8. When I say finally I mean after not being able to convince myself that purchasing a $1,800 dollar lens I decided on the less expensive (used) one focal length smaller, perfect for my d300 lens, aka the 80-200. I also got a new 50mm 1.4, I have the 1.8 but wanted a new one. I actually bought my d300 with the 50mm 1.8 and haven't been to happy with how it works on my d300 but rather on my d50. So with that said, I am already back in love with my new 50mm as you can tell... the top picture of my husbands hands + mine is taken with that. The sky was lovely on the ride home so I took some shots with the 80-200 all the way home, and then when I got out of the car (the first two). My husbands fishing pole was in the back seat that is the little circle ring, and my daisy which seems to be dead, BUT ISN't cause it is still nice and green and all wet from the recent rains! AND but of course shots of the actual lens'. NO SCRATCHES, PERFECTLY FUNCTIONAL, such a blessing from God.  I have been really praying about the purchase of these two lens' I actually dropped and broke on of my primary lens' at the last wedding. So needless to say I couldn't get it off my mind, but also couldn't put out the money to get them, not with this new awareness of how we, as Americans, waste money. Not that it would be a waste BUT there are so many other things that our money could be used for (redemptionmin.com). So thank you for reading all about my new lens' which I am obviously way too excited about!
